Dr. Matthew Murphy is a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He was born and raised in Miramichi, NB. Dr. Murphy attended Dalhousie University where he obtained his Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree with distinction in 2012. During dental school he joined the Canadian Armed Forces and practiced as a general dentist for 4 years before being selected for post graduate training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He completed his specialty degree at The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston in 2020 and has since practiced in both the military and civilian settings in Petawawa, ON and Fredericton, NB. Dr. Murphy has medical staff privileges at The Moncton Hospital and the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital.<\/p>\n

Dr. Murphy and his family are looking forward to moving to Quispamsis and integrating into the community. Dr. Murphy is pleased to be joining the team at Kennebecasis Valley Oral Surgery.<\/p>\n<\/div>
